Voyageur24 is committed to conducting business responsibly and with integrity. We do not tolerate modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour or exploitation within our business or, to the extent that we can reasonably influence them, within the organisations and suppliers we work with.

This statement sets out our approach to identifying and reducing the risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chain.

About Voyageur24

Voyageur24 is operated by Voyageur Travel Group, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 01965904, with VAT registration number GB 445 9364 21.

We provide specialist travel and repatriation services, primarily supporting medical assistance organisations, travel insurers, and other businesses.

Our work involves coordinating international travel and associated services through a network of travel and service providers in the UK and overseas.

Our supply chain

The nature of our work means we may engage or work with a range of third-party organisations, including airlines, accommodation providers, ground transport providers, medical transport and escort providers, travel suppliers, technology providers and other professional services.

We recognise that modern slavery risks can vary between countries, industries and types of supplier. We therefore expect the organisations we work with to conduct their business lawfully and responsibly and to respect internationally recognised human and employment rights.

Our approach

We are committed to taking reasonable and proportionate steps to reduce the risk of modern slavery within our operations and supply chain.

Our approach includes:

• conducting our business ethically and in accordance with applicable laws;
• expecting employees and those working on our behalf to act with integrity;
• considering the reputation and suitability of suppliers and business partners where appropriate;
• remaining alert to potential indicators of exploitation or unethical working practices;
• raising concerns with suppliers where appropriate and taking action where serious issues are identified; and
• reviewing our approach as our business, supply chain and relevant risks develop.

We will not knowingly work with an organisation where we have reason to believe that modern slavery or human trafficking is taking place and appropriate action has not been taken to address it.

Our people

We are committed to providing a working environment in which people are treated fairly and with respect.

We expect everyone working for or on behalf of Voyageur24 to act ethically and to raise concerns if they become aware of suspected modern slavery, human trafficking or other serious unethical practices connected with our business or supply chain.

Concerns raised in good faith will be taken seriously and handled appropriately.

Working with suppliers

Given the international nature of travel and repatriation, our supply chain can extend across multiple countries and organisations.

Where appropriate and proportionate to the relationship and level of risk, we may seek further information from suppliers about their working practices, policies, or approach to modern slavery.

If we identify a concern, we will consider the circumstances and determine appropriate action. This may include seeking further information or assurances, requiring corrective action or reconsidering the business relationship.

Training and awareness

We aim to ensure that relevant members of our team understand the importance of responsible business practices and know how to raise concerns.

We will continue to consider whether additional guidance or training is appropriate as our business and supply chain develop.

Reviewing our approach

We recognise that addressing modern slavery is an ongoing responsibility.

We will periodically review our approach to modern slavery and responsible sourcing, taking account of changes to our operations, supply chain, and applicable legislation.
